A. No, at this time, we do not offer such services.
Q. What image/graphics formats do you accept?
A. .jpg, .eps, .pdf, .tiff, .svg, .psd
Q. What payment options are available?
A. Buckethead Sports accepts all major credit cards.
Q. Is it possible to purchase multiple copies of the same image/print?
A. Yes, simply enter the desired quantity during the checkout process.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. Yes, however, it has to be done in the first 12 hours after placing an order.
Q. Do I see a proof of my image/graphics before printing?
A. Yes, it will be sent to the email address you provide.
Q. How do I know the status of my order?
A. Please send all your questions or concerns to orders@bucketheadsports.com. Someone from our staff will get back to you in couple of hours.

Q. Do you have a return policy?
A. Buckethead Sports is committed to delivering exceptional quality products. Therefore, if the Buckethead you receive differs from the original image or if the product is otherwise flawed, we will gladly refund your money during 30 days after the order date.
Q. Do you charge sales tax?
A. By law, we have to charge a sales tax to all orders shipped within the state of Illinois. All other orders are tax free.
